Further to the Company’s announcement on 21st August 2013, the Company wishes to announce that AirAsia (India) Pvt Ltd (“AirAsia India”) has today received the Initial No Objection Certificate (“NOC”) from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, India.
The NOC means that AirAsia India will be able to undertake the required steps towards applying for the Air Operating Permit with the Indian Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
This announcement is dated 26th September 2013.
