We refer to the announcement dated 24 December 2018 in relation to the above Proposed Transaction (“Announcement”).

Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“Listing Requirements”) requires a listed issuer to submit the draft circular in accordance with the Listing Requirements not later than two (2) months from the date of the Announcement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of AAGB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad had on even date submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek its approval for an extension of time up to 24 April 2019, for the Company to complete the submission of the draft circular in relation to the Proposed Transaction to Bursa Securities.

Further announcements on the Proposed Transaction will be made accordingly.
